The Firm and its partners have extensive experience in a wide range of structured finance transactions across all sectors, often introducing innovative solutions to the market. We advise originators, senior lenders, mezzanine and junior investors on a wide range of products and asset classes.
The Phinance Team, based in our Milan and Rome offices, is made up of professionals with complementary backgrounds to maximise value for clients in each of the Company’s areas of expertise.
